Puppy Information:

Please read to find out important information about our puppies.

Deposit & Payment Info:

We require  a non-refundable deposit of $100 to hold the puppy of your choice. Deposits must be in the form of Money Order or Personal Check. This deposit cannot be refunded to you for any reason other then the puppy becoming unhealthy as determined by the Vet or Breeder.

No puppy is sold until we have your $100 deposit. We must have your deposit within 4 days of reserving the puppy, or the puppy will be available again. The balance is due to us in full when you pick up your puppy at about 7 weeks of age. Your Final Payment must be in the form of Money Order, Bank Check, or Cash. NO Personal Checks for Final Payments.

Waiting (Notify) List & Puppy Reservation Info:

If you would like to get on our Waiting List for one or more of our breeds, email or call me with your Name, City & State, and Phone #.

This is how the Reservation Process works. We Reserve puppies with a $100 Deposit on a FIRST-COME Basis to buyers on our Waiting List when pictures of the Litter are posted at one to two weeks old. If you are on our Waiting List, you will be notifed when the Litter is born, and again to let you know when to be available for Puppy Reservation Day. On this day, puppies are Reserved using the process stated below. This is the only "fair" way to all folks on our List.

There is no "1st, 2nd, etc Place" on our Waiting List. Everyone has a fair chance at getting a puppy. How do you get Pick-of-the-Litter? Be the first to be online for Litter Reservations! Puppies are Reserved in the order in which emails are received (saying the deposit will be sent) after pictures have been posted.

Shots & Dewormings:

Puppies are on a 2, 3, 4, and 6 week deworming schedule & have their first puppy shot at 6 weeks old. Puppies can go home a week after they have their first shot, at 7 weeks of age.

Registration Info:

All of our puppies are CKC Registered.

Adult Weight Info:

We are often asked what we think the puppy's weight will be when they reach adulthood. This is a hard thing to predict. We have seen 3 lb. Teacup parents produce 6 lb. Progeny and 6 lb. parents produce tiny 3 lb. Dogs. As it is with humans, the litters' genetic make up is highly variable.

We cannot make any adult weight guarantees. We can tell you the parent’s weights, and you are welcome to come and visit the puppies as they grow. We hope that you bear this in mind when choosing your puppy, and be prepared to love it, even if it grows heavier then you hoped for. We strive to produce very sweet, healthy and lovable puppies that will be a cherished addition to your family.

We own all of our puppy's parents, if you would like to see a picture of your puppy's mommy & daddy (or better yet come and visit them), just ask!

Food & Take Home Info:

All of our puppies are on Eukanuba Small Breed Puppy Food after weaning. Please continue to feed them this when you take them home up until a year old - Then gradually switch to the Eukanuba Small Breed Adult Food. You will receive a puppy kit with helpful information and a sample of Eukanuba, as well as a health record to take in to the vet with your new puppy.
